Fibre Rinse

Ingredients: Nonionic Surfactant, Cationic Surfactant - Quaternary, Glacial Acetic Acid Solution, Lavender Fragrance & Filtered Water.

Fibre Rinse is a scented Fiber Conditioning Rinse.
